RGX Selects Bloom ESG as Its First ESG Reporting Partner for the Global Enterprise Asset Disposition (EAD) Exchange

London, Amsterdam, 16th July2026 — Bloom ESG (Bloom), the ESG impact reporting platform for the Enterprise Asset Disposition (EAD) sector, and Recycle Global Exchange (RGX), the global Enterprise Asset Disposition Exchange, today announced a strategic partnership naming Bloom as RGX’s first ESG reporting partner.

RGX selected Bloom because of its independently verified methodology, ISO 14064-aligned reporting framework, registry-backed Certified Impact reporting, and leadership in the circular IT industry. Bloom’s Environmental Benefits Calculator (EBC), developed in partnership with e-Stewards, provides independently verified environmental impact reporting that differentiates it from generic carbon calculators and traditional ESG reporting tools.

“Enterprise procurement teams are increasingly seeking independently verified environmental reporting they can trust,” said Sebastian Foot, CEO and Co-Founder of Bloom ESG. “We’re proud that RGX selected Bloom as its first ESG reporting partner because of our certified methodology, registry-backed reporting, and focus on the circular IT industry.”

Under the agreement, RGX will introduce an option allowing enterprise clients to require ESG or environmental impact reporting as part of a job posting. Consistent with RGX’s role as a neutral exchange, downstream providers that satisfy a client’s reporting requirements—whether through Bloom or another qualified reporting provider accepted by RGX in the future—will be eligible to view and bid on those opportunities. Bloom will be the first ESG reporting provider integrated into the platform, giving it significant first-mover visibility through the RGX exchange, joint marketing initiatives, webinars, and client education.

“RGX is committed to remaining a neutral exchange where enterprise organizations can choose the services and reporting that best meet their business and sustainability objectives,” said Sean Miles, CEO and Co-Founder of RGX. “Bloom’s independently verified, ISO 14064-aligned methodology and Certified Impact reporting made them the clear choice as our first ESG reporting partner, while preserving the flexibility to support additional qualified providers as market needs evolve.”
